Introduction

Hello and welcome! If you're reading this, there is a good chance you are a metal head just like me! Let me introduce myself. I'm Nicole! I'm 26 years old and I live just outside of Salt Lake City, Utah. My entire life I have been very passionate about one thing, music. While the rock/metal genre is where I focus the majority of my attention, please don't think that I don't appreciate other types of music or artists because I definitely do! About 7 years ago I started getting into the live music scene and haven't looked back since! Since my first real rock show on that fateful summer night in 2009, I have seen hundreds and hundreds of band sets. I have been to festivals in just about every corner of the country. In fact, just this morning I returned from a festival in Cadott, Wisconsin known as Rock Fest. I have always contemplated starting a blog about all of my insane rock and roll adventures, but today I finally decided it was time. Rock music is the one constant in my life, and without it I wouldn't survive. I want to share that passion as well as the stories of the crazy adventures I am privileged to live. I go to more concerts and festivals than anyone I have ever met. My goal is not only to share with you the current happenings in my concert life, but to also do throw backs to past concerts and festivals as well as band/artist spotlights. Some of these bands have gotten me through my best and worst times and hopefully I can introduce them to you if you aren't already familiar. Please enjoy the chronicals of my crazy music obsession.
